Chef Served Casserole - £25.50 per person
Full of flavours, casseroles are our special hearty food option.
Unique to the Hundred House – game combinations, vegetables, spices, herbs, fruits and meats are marinated to excite your palette.
When dining from this menu we require the organiser to select one starter, one main course and one dessert for the whole of the group to eat. A choice of three starters, ONE casserole and three desserts ONLY may be offered to your guests where you are able to obtain pre-orders at least 10 days in advance of the booking.

Salmon Chowder with bacon, dill & white wine
Cream of Ham & Fennel Soup
Confit of Hereford Duck Legs with rocket, tomato and chorizo salad and white bean purée
Chicken & Cream Cheese Terrine scented with sage, lemon & a hint of garlic, served with onion marmalade & grilled country bread
Chicken Liver & brandy Pâté, cinnamon oranges, squash & sweet pepper chutney served with home baked rolls
Fresh Galia Melon served with mint & champenôise sorbet with red berry dressing
Warm Mushroom, Leek & Blue Cheese Tart with red onion marmalade, pear & endive salad
Casserole of Lamb braised in white wine with white beans, chorizo & sweet peppers
Beef & Venison Casserole with red wine, rosemary & juniper, served with bacon dumplings & crab apple jelly
Pork, Pineapple & Sweet Pepper Casserole served with Creole rice and coriander salsa
Chicken Chasseur – Classically braised breast & leg meat with mushroom, tomato & tarragon sauce & our own smoked ham sausage
Casserole of Lamb with delicate Moroccan spices, apricots & fennel, served with minted cous cous
All of the above are accompanied by mashed potato, a selection of root vegetables
Homemade Treacle Tart served with vanilla custard
Iced Coffee & Walnut Gateau with hot chocolate sauce
Pears poached in red wine with homemade pistachio ice cream
Caramelised Pineapple with raspberry sorbet
Our very own Hundred House blend, (with or without caffeine) but always with homemade chocolates £2.50.
