The Director's menu shown below is just an example of the type of menu available for that all important business dinner.

To Start…

Cream of Vivid Green Parsley Soup with shallot & croutons

Griddled Scallops on a warm salad of local smoked eel, black pudding & apple with chive beurre blanc

Rich & Spicy Terrine of Ludlow venison served with pear & walnut salad grilled country bread & Hundred House chutney

The Main Event…

Breast of Free Range Chicken wrapped in dry cured ham with a tarragon and wild mushroom stuffing & asparagus cream sauce

Roast Fillet of Shropshire Beef served with a red wine sauce, garlic cream, rosti potatoes and caramelised shallots

Steamed fillet of Loch Fyne Salmon on a bed of tagliatelli, mussels & clams with pernod, dill and cucumber sauce.

And for dessert…

Gateaux of raspberry, vanilla ice cream & hazelnut meringue

Sheila's Hot Treacle Tart with homemade custard

White & Dark chocolate Mouse with orange anglais and tuille biscuit
