With fresh produce and over 100 varieties of herbs to choose from the gardens, Head Chef, Stuart Phillips has all the best produce to hand and uses his culinary skills to create individual and special food.
We have provided Sample Menus here but can't promise that everything listed will be available every day as the menu's change to incompass the very best seasonal ingredients.
What we can promise is that our food is never bland. Hearty but not heavy, unfussy but using plentiful skills to lift and enhance the ingredients and make our customer smile.
